With more than three decades of experience in litigation and corporate law, both in India and overseas, my practice focusses mainly on corporate commercial litigations, shareholder and company disputes, breach of contract and specific performance disputes, consumer laws, property law, succession laws and family laws.
I function with a clear-minded approach using my analytical and negotiating skills which are necessary for protecting clients’ interests effectively. Proactive and committed to providing timely and accurate advice while maintaining the integrity of my clients and/or organizations, has certainly stood me in good stead.
Having advised diverse business groups on transactional laws and risk management functions, I have successfully drafted contracts that have balanced the need for compliance and promoted business success. My litigation background has given me invaluable insights into understanding and managing the risks inherent in the business and how to be innovative in the interpretation of the law.

EXPERTISE
LITIGATION
As a senior litigator I have indepth knowledge of court craft and procedures. My duties involve managing all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the
pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. My area of practice covers handling all manner of civil litigation, arbitration and disputes resolution.
TRANSACTIONAL PRACTICE
In addition to my role as a Litigator I also have a transactional practice which involves researching, preparing and reviewing the documents that bring individuals and companies together: from contracts for companies and start ups to the closing documents for the purchase of a house. This also involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
LEGAL CONSULTING
I provide Legal Counsel on Property, Inheritance, Succession, Family, Banking and Labour Laws and handle all litigation and arbitration work arising therefrom.
I am constantly striving to hone my advocacy skills while upholding a high degree of ethics. To sum up, I am a purposeful contributor to the Bar!
